We built this fitted tank with an internal shelf bra to skip an extra layer during practice. The neckline sits round and high enough for forward bends. Multi-strap webbing across the open back holds tension while leaving your shoulder blades clear to rotate. It is dyed in light blue.

• Internal shelf bra. An elastic underband anchors the hidden shelf bra inside the body of the tank. The cups use removable pads to let you adjust the density and shape, so you get steady light-to-medium support during floor routines.
• Strappy open back. Thin straps split across the shoulders and cross down the spine into an open droplet cutout. This arrangement distributes tension across the upper back without pulling down on the neck as you move through transitions.
• Four-way stretch fabric. The lightweight knit blends synthetic fibers with elastane for quick sweat-wicking and steady recovery. It hugs close to the torso throughout deep stretches and dries fast when the room warms up.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle and skip the fabric softener. We recommend taking the removable pads out before washing to keep the foam flat. Air dry or tumble low.
