We built this athletic tank with a lined interior shelf bra to handle medium-impact training. The crossback strap arrangement balances tension across your upper back, while the front neckline provides reliable coverage. The stretch fabric breathes well and wicks sweat during floor work or running drills.

• Interior shelf bra. The inner lining holds a wide elastic underband that anchors the top to your ribs. It gives you medium support without needing a separate sports bra underneath.
• Crisscross strap layout. Multiple back straps overlap across your shoulder blades to distribute load evenly. This open configuration allows full movement through your shoulders and torso as you twist.
• Removable molded padding. Slide-in pads give you the option for extra coverage and shape retention. You can pull them out before washing to keep the fabric smooth over time.
• Sweat-wicking stretch knit. Our performance blend uses added elastane for shape recovery after hard sessions. Wash it on a cold cycle with like colors, and tumble dry on low.
