We knit this long sleeve top on a circular machine to keep side seams off your torso. The fabric uses a high-stretch blend with a brushed interior for low-friction layering. Ribbed cuffs with cut thumbholes keep the sleeves pinned over your wrists during floor work.

• Seamless knit body. Tubular knitting removes side seams entirely to reduce friction against your ribs. The circular knit structure expands evenly across the chest and shoulders as you move through overhead stretches.
• Thumbholes and cuffs. Ribbed cuffs hold their shape and anchor the long sleeves. We added reinforced thumbholes at the wrist so the sleeves stay pulled down over your hands during outdoor runs or warmups.
• Curved stay-down hem. The lower edge is cut in a soft curve that sits naturally against the waist. This profile helps prevent the cropped hem from rolling upward when you bend or hinge at the hips.
• Brushed fabric care. Machine wash cold with like colors to protect the brushed interior surface. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the recovery of the stretch knit fibers.
