We built this tank with an integrated shelf bra so you can practice without an extra base layer. The internal band holds the molded cups in place, while the low scoop neckline keeps the front covered when you bend forward. Multiple straps cross the upper back over a droplet-shaped cutout.

• Internal shelf construction. An interior underbust band anchors the built-in bra to keep the cups stationary during movement. We sized the inner structure for B and C cups, finishing it with removable molded pads that hold their shape through washing.
• Strappy crossback cut. Wide shoulder straps transition into narrow cords that cross between the shoulder blades. The lower back features a droplet-shaped opening that ventilates heat and leaves your shoulders unobstructed for full arm extensions.
• Four-way stretch fabric. The body is cut from a dense, smooth performance knit with four-way stretch. It wicks sweat away from the skin and dries quickly, keeping the tight compression fit close to your torso through warm studio sessions.
• Washing and care. Take the removable pads out before laundering to protect their rounded profile. Wash the tank in cold water on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry so the elastic fibers and strap tension stay intact.
