We built this longline tank with an internal shelf bra to handle medium-impact sessions without extra layers. The criss-cross strap arrangement anchors across the back while leaving the shoulder blades clear. Dyed in a soft heather grey, the fabric blends moisture-wicking stretch with a brushed, cotton-like hand feel.

• Criss-cross back straps. Flat straps cross low across the back to distribute tension evenly. The open layout keeps the shoulders clear to move through floor work and overhead stretches without pulling at the neckline.
• Built-in shelf support. The interior shelf bra uses a wide, soft elastic underband to anchor the piece firmly against the ribs. Removable pads slide into side slits if you want extra shaping or modesty.
• Matte performance stretch. Woven with Lycra for dependable shape retention, this grey knit pulls sweat away from the body and dries quickly. It has a soft, matte face that feels substantial against the skin.
• Care and wash routine. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, and take the pads out before laundering to protect their structure. Lay the tank flat to dry away from direct heat.
