Double spaghetti straps anchor the square neckline on this pullover bra, dividing the tension across each shoulder. We built it with an open back and a wide lower band to keep the frame steady during training. Soft rose pink fabric gives the clean lines a quiet finish.

• Double strap design. Two thin straps run over each shoulder to distribute pull without digging into the trapezius. They cross low on the open back, leaving your shoulder blades clear for full reach on pulls and presses.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with dual pockets and removable foam pads. You can leave them in for shape and modest coverage or slip them out through the side openings before washing.
• Sweat-wicking knit. The stretch fabric draws moisture away from the skin and dries quickly during high-output sessions. It holds its recovery through repeated stretching without bagging out around the chest or underarms.
• Garment care steps. Take the foam pads out before washing to keep their shape flat. Machine wash the bra cold on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry away from high heat to protect the strap elastane.
