We cut this longline workout tank with a clean square neckline and an extended body that sits below the ribs. Dual spaghetti straps run over each shoulder to split tension across the back. Built-in shelf lining provides moderate compression for road runs, strength sessions, and floor work.

• Double strap build. Two narrow cords rest on each shoulder rather than a single thick strap. They distribute load over more surface area and anchor into the open rear panel without digging.
• Square neck shelf. The front neckline is cut straight across for steady chest coverage during forward bends. Inside, the self-fabric shelf bra stabilizes the bust with an elasticized anchor band.
• Removable cup inserts. Pockets inside the inner lining hold light foam pads. Slide them out through the side slit before washing, or leave them in place for added shape and coverage.
• Deep blue knit. We dyed this batch in a deep dark blue shade. The sweat-wicking synthetic yarn breathes well through heavy training and holds its recovery after repeated cold machine cycles.
