Double spaghetti straps run over the shoulder to distribute tension across the upper back. We built this pullover bra with a square neckline, a flat bottom band, and removable foam inserts that slide out for washing. The heather grey knit wicks sweat quickly during training sessions.

• Double strap configuration. Two sets of narrow straps divide the load over each shoulder rather than digging into one spot. They join low across the open back so your shoulder blades move without friction.
• Square front cut. The neckline runs straight across the collarbone for balanced coverage that stays flat during forward bends. It sits high enough to keep everything secure without pressing against the throat.
• Removable interior pads. We lined the front with internal pockets that hold removable foam pads. You can take them out before machine washing so the fabric dries faster and the cups keep their original shape.
• Sweat-wicking knit care. The soft synthetic knit draws moisture away from the skin and dries rapidly. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to preserve the elasticity of the narrow straps.
