We built this high-impact bra with sewn-in molded cups so the padding stays fixed through hard intervals and regular laundry. The front scoop provides full coverage, while the multi-strap back spreads tension and leaves a center keyhole for airflow. We dyed this run in a saturated bright blue.

• Molded cup construction. The cups are molded and sewn directly into the lining. They keep their shape through high-impact runs without shifting, bunching, or folding over in the wash.
• Strappy crossback with keyhole. Multiple crisscross straps distribute load across the upper back rather than pulling on the neck. An open cutout underneath vents heat during heavy sweat sessions.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We cut this piece from a sweat-wicking knit with high Lycra content. It recovers its shape after hard workouts and keeps the wide underband sitting firm.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with like colors to protect the bright blue tone. Skip the fabric softeners and tumble dry low, or air dry flat to preserve elasticity.
