We built this high support sports bra with fixed molded cups that will not fold over or bunch in the laundry. The straps run into a criss-cross back with sliders so you can set your own tension over the shoulders. We doubled the front fabric for full opacity in pale khaki, and the wide underband anchors the base during runs and interval training.

• Fixed molded cups. We sew the molded foam cups directly into the front lining. They keep their shape through hard runs and repeated washing, giving steady separation without any loose pads to track down in the dryer.
• Adjustable strappy back. The criss-cross back spreads weight across the upper back and shoulders. Sliders on the main shoulder straps let you shorten or lengthen the drop to secure the chest without digging.
• Double layer knit. We use a four-way stretch fabric with Lycra that wicks sweat away from the skin. The double-layer front construction stays opaque when stretched out during floor work or heavy training.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colors and skip the fabric softener, which can coat synthetic fibers. Lay it flat or hang it to dry so the elastane retains its recovery.
