We built this bra for road miles and hard interval training. The molded cups are sewn into the lining so they do not slide or fold in the laundry. A criss-cross strap layout spreads tension across the upper back, and hardware sliders let you dial in the shoulder tension before you head out. Dyed in deep navy blue.

• Sewn in molded cups. The internal cups are stitched directly to the double-layer lining. They provide fixed separation and stay centered through hard sprints, without the shifting or bunching common with removable foam inserts.
• Adjustable crossback straps. Shoulder straps run into an open criss-cross back that anchors the lower band. Sliders on each strap let you shorten or lengthen the drop to balance tension across your shoulders.
• Double layer knit fabric. We cut this piece from a dense, four-way stretch synthetic blend with high elastane content. The double-layer front maintains opaque coverage when wet and dries quickly during high-output sessions.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle. Skip fabric softeners to protect the recovery of the elastane yarns, and lay the garment flat to dry so the molded cups retain their shape.
