Multiple narrow straps cross the open back to distribute tension without a heavy top band. We cut this piece in a breathable, sweat-wicking knit with removable interior pads. Adjustable sliders let you tighten or slacken the shoulder rise as needed. It provides steady medium support for training sessions and mat work.

• Strappy crossback build. The back uses multiple crossing bands anchored low on the ribcage. This open layout allows full shoulder blade mobility during stretches while keeping the bra seated firmly during training.
• Removable interior padding. Soft drop-in pads sit inside pockets in the front lining. You can leave them in for a smooth shape or slide them out before washing to help the cups dry faster.
• Adjustable shoulder rise. Sliders on the straps let you dial in tension through the front panel. Shorten them for higher hold during studio workouts, or lengthen them for low-key mat sessions.
• Washing and fabric care. The sweat-wicking fabric blend needs cool water on a gentle machine cycle. Air dry flat out of direct heat to preserve the stretch in the narrow shoulder cords.
