We cut this tank with an internal shelf bra and an elastic underband to provide light support during yoga and gym work. The wide shoulder straps anchor into a narrow racerback with a droplet cutout across the shoulder blades. Soft, four-way stretch fabric pulls sweat away from the skin and dries quickly.

• Built-in shelf bra. The inner shelf bra holds removable pads so you can adjust your coverage. An elastic underband sits flat against the ribcage to keep the internal layer in place when you bend or invert.
• Racerback cutout. Wide straps lead into a classic racerback that leaves your shoulder blades clear to move through full arm rotations. A teardrop opening sits directly beneath the center strap for extra airflow.
• Sweat-wicking stretch knit. We chose a lightweight four-way stretch fabric that dries fast as you build heat. It stays close to the torso through downward dogs and sprints without bunching at the waist.
• Care instructions. Wash this tank on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar activewear. Pull the removable pads before washing to help them maintain their shape, then lay flat to air dry.
