We cut this low impact bra with a clean V-neckline and slender adjustable straps. The back hardware lets you switch between straight straps and a crossback configuration depending on how you want the weight distributed. Dyed in a soft rose pink, the stretchy nylon blend moves easily through mat work.

• Convertible strap design. The thin shoulder straps adjust with small sliders along the back. You can wear them straight down for an open back or hook them into a crossback when you want the straps locked closer to the spine.
• Removable cup pads. We built the front with discreet inner slots and soft removable pads. Leave them in for coverage and light shape during yoga class, or slide them out through the side openings before washing.
• Low impact stretch fabric. Our nylon and spandex knit provides four-way stretch with a smooth, unbrushed finish. It breathes well through gentle studio sessions and retains its recovery without squeezing your ribs.
• Washing and care. Take the foam pads out before laundering to protect their edges. Wash the bra in cold water on a gentle cycle, skip fabric softeners, and lay it flat to dry to keep the thin elastic straps resilient.
