We cut this low impact bra with a low V-neckline and slender convertible straps that can run straight back or cross over. The nylon and spandex blend stretches in four directions to follow slow movement on the mat. We dyed this run in a quiet heather grey.

• Convertible thin straps. Sliders let you adjust tension along the shoulders, and the back attachment unhooks so you can switch between a standard back and a crossback. The narrow profile sits flat against your shoulder blades.
• Removable cup inserts. We include light foam pads that slip out through small side slits in the lining. Take them out before washing to keep the cup shape smooth, or leave them in for extra modesty.
• Low impact underband. The wireless underband relies on a wide elastic core encased in soft body fabric. It stays in place during floor work and gentle Pilates without digging into your ribs.
• Nylon spandex blend. The four-way stretch knit pulls sweat away from skin and dries quickly between stretches. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and lay flat to dry to preserve the strap hardware.
