We cut this bra with a plunge v-neckline and slender shoulder straps that adjust or unhook to cross in back. The nylon and spandex blend stretches unhindered through floor work. It holds lightly without wires, finished here in a clear, solid white.

• Convertible strap setup. Sliders let you dial in tension on each shoulder. You can wear the thin straps straight over the back or unclip and cross them to shift anchor points for mat work.
• Lined removable pads. Slotted pockets inside the front hold foam pads that add modest shape and coverage. Slip them out through the side openings before the bra goes into the wash.
• Low impact knit. The nylon and elastane yarn gives four-way stretch that settles against the ribs without digging. It breathes well through slow Pilates sessions and gentle stretching.
• Cold wash routine. Wash cold with similar light colours using mild liquid soap. We recommend air drying flat so the fine straps and elastic threads keep their original recovery.
