We built this cropped tank around an internal shelf bra, giving you light support without layering separate pieces. The open strappy racerback clears your shoulder blades completely for mat work. Finished in a warm yellow, the four-way stretch fabric pulls sweat away from skin and dries quickly.

• Internal shelf bra. An encased elastic underband anchors the interior shelf so the top stays put through floor poses. Removable foam pads slide into dedicated pockets inside the lining, allowing you to adjust coverage as needed for B and C cup profiles.
• Open strappy back. Multiple thin straps cross between the shoulders to distribute tension across the upper back. This configuration leaves your arms completely clear to move without straps slipping or binding during overhead stretches.
• Sweat-wicking knit. We cut the outer body from a lightweight four-way stretch synthetic blend with flatlock seams throughout. The material pulls perspiration to the surface to evaporate quickly, while interior mesh accents allow heat to vent directly off the skin.
• Care and washing. Pull the removable cups before placing the top in a wash bag. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners, and lay flat to dry to preserve the stretch recovery of the elastic bands.
