We cut this tank for low-impact movement where you want light hold without layering a separate bra underneath. An interior shelf bra anchors the piece with an encased underbust elastic, while the strappy racerback clears your shoulder blades. Flatlock seams run throughout to keep the inner face smooth against warm skin.

• Interior shelf bra. The inner shelf bra features an encased elastic band that stays flat around the ribs. Removable pads sit inside pockets in the lining so you can adjust coverage or take them out before washing.
• Strappy racerback design. Narrow straps cross into an open racerback configuration. This cut clears the shoulders during overhead mobility work while mesh panel inserts allow excess heat to vent along the spine.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We use a lightweight sweat-wicking knit with four-way stretch that recovers its shape after movement. The material pulls moisture away from the torso to keep workouts cool.
• Flatlock seam construction. All major joins use flatlock stitching to reduce bulk along the sides and underarms. Machine wash cold with like colours and air dry to keep the elastane working properly.
