We built this pullover bra with a layered criss-cross back to distribute weight across your shoulders during high-movement training. The fabric is a four-way stretch knit with a cotton-soft hand that pulls sweat away and dries quickly. Dyed here in rich wine red, it provides full front coverage and solid hold on the run.

• Criss-cross back straps. Two sets of elastic straps cross over the back to balance tension across the upper body without digging. The open arrangement allows full shoulder blade movement through deep stretches and overhead presses.
• Molded removable cups. The cups slip out through side slits when you want less bulk, or stay put to provide shaping and front coverage. They hold their shape through repeated machine cycles if you wash them in a mesh bag.
• Wide underband. A soft, wide elastic underband anchors the base of the bra against your ribcage. It stays flat as you move, keeping the bottom hem secure without rolling up during floor work.
• Care instructions. Wash in cold water with similar colors and lay flat to air dry. Heat from the dryer breaks down the elastane strands over time, so skipping high heat preserves the stretch and recover of the band.
