Multiple crossed straps distribute tension across the upper back rather than digging into the neck. We doubled the front fabric layer for stability during high impact training and dyed this version in a deep forest green. Removable pads slide out through interior side slits for washing.

• Crossback strap layout. Double elastic straps cross over the shoulder blades to hold the bra in place through jumps and sprints. The open back pattern vents body heat while keeping the neckline flat against the chest.
• Double layer front. We constructed the front panel with two layers of four-way stretch fabric. This dual-layer build controls bounce on the run without the bulk of exterior underwires or hardware.
• Removable cup pads. Padded inserts provide shape and coverage through high impact training. You can leave them in place, switch them out, or slide them out entirely before you drop the bra in the wash.
• Care and wash. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the elastic recovery of the straps. Air drying keeps the band snug and extends the life of the dark green knit.
