We built this training tank in deep solid black with an integrated shelf bra sized for B and C cups. The four-way stretch fabric sits close through the torso with a light compressive feel. A layered strappy back spreads tension across the upper shoulders.

• Layered crossback. Thin crossed straps anchor beneath a central Y-overlay. This arrangement divides pull across your shoulder blades rather than loading a single point, keeping the upper back clear during full arm movements.
• Internal shelf bra. The inner lining holds cups tailored for medium support during studio sessions or training runs. It stabilizes movement while keeping the exterior lines of the tank smooth and unbroken.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic knit pulls sweat away from the skin and dries fast. It maintains consistent recovery across the torso so the hem and neckline stay seated through deep stretches and bends.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like darks to protect the deep black shade. Air drying preserves the elastane fibers and keeps the inner elastic band firm over time.
