We built this training tank with an internal shelf bra that anchors against the ribcage. The layered strap construction pairs thin crossback lines with a center Y-strap to split tension across your upper back. It stays close through warm sessions in dark navy yarn.

• Layered back straps. Thin crisscross straps run beneath an anchored Y-shaped overlay. This spreads downward pull over more surface across the shoulder blades so the neckline stays flat during floor work.
• Internal shelf bra. The built-in bra delivers medium support scaled for B and C cup sizes. It holds close against the chest wall without requiring an extra layer underneath during runs or gym sets.
• Four-way stretch knit. We chose a sweat-wicking synthetic blend that stretches in all directions and dries quickly. The surface feels smooth and holds its shape through repeat training cycles.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with like colors and skip the fabric softeners to protect the knit stretch. Lay it flat or tumble dry on low heat to keep the internal band elastic firm.
