We built this training tank with an internal shelf bra to give B and C cups medium support during floor work and runs. The body is cut from four-way stretch fabric that sits close to your skin. Thin straps cross over a central Y-overlay across the open back.

• Integrated shelf bra. The inner bra construction stabilizes movement without extra hardware. It gives B and C cups medium support for yoga and road work, using an elastic band that anchors beneath the bust line.
• Layered back straps. Thin crisscross straps run beneath a centered Y-shaped overlay. This layout distributes tension across your shoulder blades while keeping the upper back uncovered to vent heat.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic knit wicks sweat away from the body and dries fast. We chose a bright chalk white shade with enough body to maintain solid coverage through stretches.
• Flat scoop neckline. The U-neckline is finished with flat seams to sit smooth against the collarbone without chafing. Wash on a cold cycle and line dry to protect the stretch memory.
