We built this training tank around an interior shelf bra with molded cups and removable pads. The outer shell sits close with a high scoop neck in front and opens to a teardrop cutout between the criss-cross back straps. We dye this run in ash green, a muted greyed olive that pairs well with black shorts.

• Interior shelf bra. The inner bra uses an elastic underband to anchor the support without adding bulk to the torso. Removable pads slide out through side slits when you wash the top, keeping their molded shape over repeated cycles.
• Teardrop racerback. Narrow straps cross high on the back and branch around a central teardrop opening. This cut leaves your shoulder blades bare for overhead reaches during yoga while distributing strap tension evenly across the upper back.
• Four-way stretch shell. We selected a lightweight, sweat-wicking knit that stretches four ways and dries quickly during heavy training sessions. It stays close to the body so the hem stays put through bends, inversions, and sprints.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with similar technical fabrics and avoid fabric softeners, which coat the wicking yarns. Pull the pads before washing, dry them flat, and tumble dry the tank on low or line dry.
