We built this pullover bra with an open, crisscross strap pattern across the shoulder blades to keep movement clear through your upper back. The four-way stretch fabric feels brushed and soft against the skin while handling sweat during mat work. Removable cups sit inside an interior lining for adjustable coverage.

• Crisscross strap layout. Narrow elastic bands divide across the back to distribute tension across your shoulders without cutting into the skin. The open design allows air to reach your spine during warm studio sessions and keeps your arms moving unhindered.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with a breathable pocket that holds soft foam cups. You can slide them out easily before washing to keep their shape intact, or leave them in place for light shaping and extra front coverage.
• Soft stretch blend. The knit provides a brushed, cotton-like feel while drawing sweat away from your chest and drying fast. Four-way elasticity lets the fabric stretch with your ribs on deep breaths and recover smoothly without bagging out.
• Care for storm teal. This dark greenish-blue dye holds best when washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Pull the pads out before washing, skip fabric softeners to protect the moisture-wicking yarns, and lay flat to dry.
