Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension across your upper back. We dyed this run in Rio Red, a saturated crimson that holds through repeated laundering. The brushed fabric feels soft against the ribs and wicks sweat during floor work.

• Crisscross strap layout. Narrow elastic cords cross behind the shoulders and anchor into the band. The design leaves your shoulder blades clear to rotate during twists and overhead reaches without digging into the neck.
• Removable cup inserts. We slotted lightweight pads into internal mesh pockets through small side openings. You can slide them out before washing to keep the foam flat, or leave them in place for light shape and modesty.
• Brushed four-way stretch. The synthetic knit carries a brushed surface that mimics washed cotton while drying quickly. Four-way stretch allows the chest panel to pull on over the head and recover its original shape afterward.
• Underband and care. A wide elastic band sits flush against the torso without rolling up during bends. Machine wash cold with like colours and hang to dry so the elastane yarns maintain their tension over time.
