Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension without pulling on the neck. We build this light support bra with a wide lower band and removable foam inserts. The bright blue knit has a brushed cotton feel that draws sweat away during mat work.

• Crisscross strap back. Six narrow elastic straps anchor across the back panel. They anchor the upper cup firmly during twists and shoulder openers while leaving the spine clear to bend.
• Removable cup inserts. We include lightweight foam pads that slide out through side slits inside the lining. Keep them in for full modesty or take them out before washing to help the fabric dry faster.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic blend has a soft matte finish and substantial cross-grain recovery. It holds its tension when wet and pulls moisture to the exterior face during warm studio sessions.
• Care and wash steps. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Pull the pads out first so they retain their shape, and lay the garment flat to dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
