Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension and leave your back bare for floor work. We cut this yoga bra from a four-way stretch knit with a cotton-like feel and fully line the front. The chalky white finish pairs cleanly with open-back tops.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the back in an open pattern. They anchor to the side seams and the lower band, spreading tension across your shoulders without pinning down your shoulder blades during twists and backbends.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with side-loading pockets and include lightweight foam pads. You can slide the inserts out before washing or keep them in place for modest coverage through cool studio sessions.
• Soft underband. A flat elastic band anchors the bottom edge. It sits flush against the ribcage to keep the bra in place through low-impact movement, finished with smooth internal seams that will not dig into your ribs.
• Wash and care. Wash cold with similar light colours to keep the white fabric clear and bright. Skip fabric softeners because they coat the technical knit, and lay the bra flat to air dry so the elastic keeps its recovery.
