We knit this medium-support bra without side seams to keep the body smooth under clothing. Multiple narrow straps cross the open back to distribute tension while releasing the shoulder blades. Finished in standard black with removable cup inserts and a wide elastic underband.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow elastic straps cross behind the shoulders to balance tension without digging. The open arrangement leaves the shoulder blades clear for full range through yoga poses, mat workouts, and everyday movement.
• Removable cup pads. We include lightweight foam inserts that slide out through side slits inside the lining. They provide shape and modesty when you want them, and you can take them out before washing to keep the fabric flat.
• Seamless body knit. The main body is circular knit with no side seams under the arms. This construction reduces friction during repetitive movement and maintains consistent stretch across the front panel and sides.
• Wide elastic underband. A dense knitted band anchors the base of the bra to keep it from rolling up as you move. It sits flat against the ribs, providing steady anchor points for medium-impact studio training.
