We knit this pullover bra without side seams to cut down on chafing through long studio sessions. The narrow straps cross over the back to clear your shoulder blades completely. It provides medium hold for mat work, walking, and low-impact gym training.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps anchor across the open back to spread tension without pinning down your shoulders. The layout leaves your shoulder blades clear to rotate during stretches and overhead reaches.
