We knit this medium support bra without side seams to reduce chafing during floor work and yoga. Multiple crossback straps distribute tension across the upper back and keep the shoulder blades clear. We dyed this version in a soft, understated grey.

• Crisscross strap layout. Narrow elastic straps cross over the open back to balance the load without cutting into the trapezius. The cut leaves your shoulders unobstructed for overhead mobility and deep stretches.
• Seamless body knit. The circular knit eliminates side seams completely, leaving a smooth surface under the arms. A wide elastic hem sits flat beneath the bust to prevent the band from rolling upward.
• Removable cup inserts. We include lightweight removable pads that slide through small interior side slits. They provide light modesty and separate coverage, and they come out quickly before you run a wash cycle.
• Care and maintenance. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. We suggest taking the pads out to wash separately and laying the bra flat to dry to protect the elastic recovery.
