We knit this medium support bra in a seamless tube to remove side seams entirely. Thin spaghetti straps cross over the open back to leave your shoulder blades clear for floor work and mobility drills. This three-pack combines solid black, deep navy, and muted teal.

• Crisscross back design. Multiple straps cross low across the back. The arrangement divides strap tension over the shoulders without bunching up at the neck, leaving your upper back open during mat work and overhead reach.
• Seamless body knit. We knit the main body in the round without side seams. The fabric sits flat against the ribs, and an elasticated bottom hem keeps the underband anchored without rolling up during deep twists.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted internal pockets hold flexible foam pads. You can take them out before laundering or leave them in for added shape and coverage through light training and yoga sessions.
• Cold water care. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang the bra to dry. Removing the pads prior to machine washing helps both the foam and the knit shell keep their shape over time.
