We knit this medium-support bra without side seams to cut down on chafing through long sessions. The crisscross back layout keeps the shoulder blades clear for floor work and overhead movement. A wide underband anchors the base while keeping tension even across the ribcage.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the open back to distribute load across the shoulders. The cut leaves the scapulae clear, which allows full range of motion during pilates, floor routines, and studio sessions.
• Removable cup pads. The cups house light removable foam pads inside dedicated internal pockets. They provide shape and modest separation without adding bulk. You can pull them out through side slits before washing.
• Seamless body knit. We knit the body in a soft, four-way stretch yarn without side seams to eliminate friction points under the arms. The technical knit allows air to move unhindered and wicks sweat during workouts.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, and wash removable pads separately in a mesh bag. Line dry or lay flat to maintain the knit stretch and strap recovery over time.
