We knit this medium support bra without side seams to reduce friction through long studio sessions. The strappy crisscross back leaves your shoulder blades clear to rotate during yoga and floor work. We dyed this run in a saturated hot pink that holds up through repeated washing.

• Crisscross strap back. Narrow straps cross over the open back to distribute tension across your shoulders. The layout keeps the shoulder blades clear for overhead reaches, twists, and mat work.
• Seamless knit body. We built the main body on a circular knitting machine so there are no side seams to rub against your ribs. The stretch fabric breathes well and wicks sweat during warm studio classes.
• Removable cup pads. Lightly padded inserts slip out through small side openings when you want to wash them separately. They provide modest shaping and keep their form once slid back inside the front lining.
• Wide elastic underband. The knitted band at the bottom sits flat against the ribcage without digging. It anchors the bra during movement so the hem stays put without rolling upward.
