We built this bra for high impact training, using fixed molded cups stitched directly into the lining so nothing migrates during a run. The back uses multiple crossed straps to distribute tension evenly across the shoulders. A smooth front panel keeps coverage clean under workout layers.

• Sewn in molded cups. The internal pads are stitched securely in place between the lining layers. They hold their shape through repeated wear, do not fold over during workouts, and stay put when the bra goes through the wash.
• Crossed strap back. Multiple narrow bands intersect across the upper back to spread downward pull away from the neck. The layout leaves the shoulder blades clear to move through full ranges of motion during lifting or floor work.
• Firm support band. A wide, flat lower band anchors the bottom edge against the ribcage. It prevents the bra from shifting upward when you reach overhead, providing steady containment through sprints and plyometric drills.
• Washing and fabric care. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours to preserve the sparkle blue finish. Air drying preserves the elastane fibers and maintains the internal cup geometry over time.
