We built this bra tank with an extended underband that sits lower on the ribs for steady coverage through training. The back uses crisscross straps over a wide open cutout to keep air moving. Inside, removable vertical pads sit in a soft mesh lining that wicks sweat during floor work and runs.

• Longline Underband. The wide bottom band extends down the torso so the top stays anchored without rolling up during bends and sprints. It provides steady medium support across the ribcage.
• Crisscross Cutout Back. Multiple narrow straps cross high between the shoulder blades and frame a large open cutout below. This layout distributes strap tension evenly while venting heat fast.
• Removable Vertical Pads. Light vertical pads slip out through inner side slots for easy washing. The breathable mesh lining keeps them flat against the body to maintain shape without adding bulk.
• Care And Fabric. Wash this bright white piece in cold water with similar light tones to prevent color transfer. Take the pads out before washing, and lay the top flat to dry.
