We built this longline workout tank with a scoop neck and an open crisscross back that leaves the shoulder blades clear. The extended elastic underband anchors the piece so it stays flat against the ribcage. It carries a built-in shelf bra lined in breathable mesh for medium-impact training.

• Crisscross open back. Multiple straps cross over an open cutout to distribute tension across the shoulders without pulling on the neck. The open pattern allows steady airflow during hot sessions.
• Extended underband. The wide lower band runs past the bust line to provide steady anchoring. It holds the hem flat against the torso and resists rolling up while you move.
• Removable cup pads. Vertical cotton blend pads slide out through interior side slots for easy washing. The inner mesh lining holds them securely in place to maintain smooth front coverage.
