We cut this longline tank with an extended body that stays put below the ribs. Multiple crossback straps anchor the pullover frame while keeping the upper back open to the air. In this nude shade, the smooth exterior sits cleanly under other layers or works alone on the mat.

• Longline underband. The wide bottom band extends down the torso to prevent shifting or rolling during floor work. It anchors the top securely without requiring a back clasp.
• Crisscross open back. Thin straps cross over the back panel to distribute tension away from the neck. The open cutout allows heat to escape quickly during warm sessions.
• Removable pad inserts. Light vertical foam cups slide out through side slits in the interior mesh lining for washing. They provide shape and modest coverage without adding bulk.
• Four-way stretch knit. We chose a sweat-wicking knit with four-way stretch that stays cool to the touch. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to protect the elastane.
