We built this longline tank with an open crisscross back and an extended hem that stays put through training. The built-in shelf bra has removable pads and an inner mesh layer for airflow. Shown here in electric lemon yellow, a sharp neon hue that cuts clean in the gym.

• Crisscross open back. Multiple straps cross the upper back above a wide cutout that lets heat clear out fast. The strap placement anchors the top without digging into your trapezius muscles during lifts.
• Longline underband. The extended bottom band runs lower down the ribs than a standard bra. It uses dense elastic to prevent rolling and keeps the tank anchored through deep lunges and floor work.
• Internal shelf bra. Inside, a breathable mesh lining holds removable vertical cotton pads. You can take them out for a lighter feel or leave them in for extra shape and modesty under bright light.
• Four-way stretch blend. The fabric stays cool to the touch and moves in all four directions without fighting you. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, pull the pads out first, and air dry flat.
