Multiple crossed back straps and a wide lower band give this pullover bra steady medium support for mat sessions and cardio. The four-way stretch shell is lined with interior mesh to keep air moving. We cut the neckline in a modest scoop and finished the piece in sharp electric lemon.

• Strappy cutout back. Several thin straps crisscross over an open lower back cutout. This layout distributes tension evenly across your shoulder blades while keeping the upper back uncovered to dump heat during warm studio sessions.
• Removable vertical pads. We lined the front with light vertical padding that slips out through side slots for washing. The soft foam inserts hold their shape over time and provide smooth, modest coverage beneath the scooped neckline.
• Longline underband. The elastic band beneath the bust sits wide and flat to anchor the bra during overhead reaches. It resists rolling and provides dependable medium support without needing hooks, clasps, or hardware.
• Mesh interior lining. A breathable inner mesh layer sits between your skin and the sweat-wicking exterior knit. Wash on cold in a mesh garment bag and line dry to preserve the elastane recovery.
