We cut this longline workout tank with an open strappy back and an inner mesh-lined shelf bra. The four-way stretch fabric feels cool against warm skin and wicks sweat through heavy training sessions. It pulls over the head with a wide underband that anchors the torso during floor work and runs.

• Strappy open back. Multiple cross straps anchor over the shoulders and frame a deep cutout across the lower shoulder blades. This layout lets heat vent quickly while keeping the top flat against the ribs during deep bends and twists.
• Built-in shelf bra. The interior shelf uses breathable mesh lining and holds vertical removable pads. You can take the pads out through side slits before laundering or leave them in place for extra shaping and coverage.
• Wide longline underband. We extended the body past the ribs with a wide elasticized lower band. It resists rolling up during sprints and mat sessions, providing medium support built for lower-cup training.
• Bright pink dye. This saturated bright pink option gives clear visibility during outdoor track work. Machine wash cold with similar synthetics and air dry to maintain the elasticity and depth of the hue.
