A built-in shelf bra inside this black tank holds shape through yoga, training, and runs. We paired a broad strap with a narrower one across the open back to distribute tension evenly across the shoulders. The knit pulls sweat away from skin and moves in four directions.

• Built-in bra. The interior shelf holds B and C cups firmly without digging. An elastic band sits flush against the ribcage, anchoring the tank so the hem stays put through twists and deep bends.
• Asymmetric strap back. We ran one wide strap alongside a thin cord across the shoulder blades. This spreads the load while leaving the center back open for heat release during high-output sessions.
• Four-way stretch knit. The fabric blend breathes well and pulls sweat away from your skin. It stretches evenly across the chest and torso, recovering its shape after repeat pulls.
• Machine wash care. Wash in cold water with similar darks to protect the deep black shade and the stretch yarns. Lay the tank flat or hang it up to dry away from high heat.
