We built this training tank with an internal shelf bra suited for B and C cups. The scooped U-neckline rests flat against the chest, while the back uses alternating strap widths to distribute tension. Soft four-way stretch fabric delivers firm, close-fitting coverage in clean white.

• Crisscross strap layout. One wide strap pairs with a narrow cord across the upper back. This configuration distributes weight across the shoulder blades while keeping the arms and upper spine clear during overhead movement.
• Internal shelf bra. The integrated inner lining provides built-in support without the need for a separate sports bra. It holds firm against the torso to limit movement through yoga, weight training, and track work.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We chose a breathable knit with elastane that moves in every direction and manages moisture during heavy sessions. The bright white finish retains its opacity and structure through repeated wear.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with similar light colours on a gentle cycle. Line dry or lay flat out of direct heat to protect the elasticity of the internal support band.
