We built this workout tank with an integrated shelf bra designed for B and C cups. Dual-width straps cross over the open back to anchor the bodice through movement. The soft stretch knit wicks sweat and fits close to the body without pinching.

• Integrated shelf bra. The interior shelf provides light compression for yoga sessions and daily training. Removable padding lets you adjust coverage, while the elastic underband sits flat against the ribs to keep the top anchored.
• Crisscross strap layout. Two straps cross the upper back, pairing one wider anchor band with a slender stabilizing line. This split setup distributes tension evenly across the shoulders and leaves the shoulder blades clear to rotate.
• Four-way stretch knit. We chose a breathable blend with four-way stretch to handle sweat and dry quickly. The fabric holds a snug compression fit, dyed here in a warm citrus orange that stays opaque through deep stretches.
• Garment care. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors to protect the elastic threads. Take the foam pads out before washing, and lay the tank flat to dry away from direct heat.
