We built this workout tank with an integrated shelf bra sized for B and C cups. The neckline is cut in a clean scoop that rests flat against the collarbone. Four-way stretch fabric hugs the torso closely so the hem stays put through inversions.

• Crisscross strap layout. Two straps cross the upper back, pairing one wider anchor strap with a narrower secondary line. The arrangement anchors the built-in bra and leaves the shoulder blades open to move during overhead reaches.
• Integrated shelf bra. The interior bra uses an elastic chest band to hold light compression across the bust. It eliminates the need for a separate sports bra for yoga, mat work, and daily training.
• Smooth stretch knit. We chose a breathable poly-spandex knit that wicks sweat and stretches four ways. The matte finish takes this deep earth brown cleanly and dries quickly after sweaty sessions.
• Wash and care. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Skip fabric softeners to protect the elastane recovery, and hang the tank to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
