We built a light-support shelf bra right into this compression tank, sized for B and C cups. The navy blue knit has four-way stretch to stay close without pinching at the underarm. Paired straps cross low on the back to divide the tension.

• Built-in shelf bra. The inner lining holds its own elastic band and removable pads to give light support. It keeps the front flat and steady through low-impact work without a second layer underneath.
• Asymmetric strap back. We paired a wider shoulder strap with a narrow companion cord on each side, crossing them low between the shoulder blades. This layout spreads the pull across the upper back.
• Sweat-wicking knit. The fabric pulls moisture away from the skin and dries fast during floor work. It holds its recovery after repeated sessions, keeping a snug fit along the torso.
• Care and wash. Pull the cup inserts out before washing to keep their shape. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle, then line dry to preserve the elastane stretch.
