We built this medium support bra with a multi-strap crossback that holds firm through studio sessions and floor work. The front has a clean V-neck cut lined with a built-in shelf. We dye this version in a neutral skin-tone nude that stays discreet under light training tops.

• Criss-cross strap layout. Narrow straps cross over the upper and lower back to divide weight evenly across your shoulders. The layout gives your shoulder blades clear room to rotate during twists and overhead reaches.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front shelf with small side openings so you can slide the foam pads in or take them out. They hold their shape through washing and give smooth front coverage when left in.
• Brushed stretch fabric. The knit blends synthetic fibers with elastane for four-way give and sweat-wicking performance. It has a soft, cotton-like hand feel that sits comfortably against bare skin without chafing during long workouts.
• Bottom band and care. A wide elastic underband anchors the bra in place without hardware or back clasps. Machine wash cold with like colors, take the pads out before washing, and lay the garment flat to dry.
