We built this medium support bra with multiple criss-cross straps that distribute tension across your upper back. The soft, four-way stretch fabric dries fast when you work up heat on the mat. Removable pads let you set your own coverage, while the wide bottom band anchors the whole piece in place. We dyed this run in saturated brilliant blue.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the shoulder blades to hold the bra firm without digging. The open arrangement allows full shoulder rotation during twists and overhead reaches on the mat.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with lightweight pockets that hold removable pads. You can take them out before washing to protect their shape, or leave them in for extra smoothing.
• Wide lower band. The elastic underband sits flat against the ribs to anchor the bra during inversions. It stays put without twisting, so you do not have to readjust between poses.
• Sweat-wicking stretch knit. Our four-way stretch blend pulls moisture away from the skin and dries quickly. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
