We built this medium-support bra with a multi-strap back that distributes weight evenly across your shoulder blades. The front has a lined interior with slots for removable pads. Cut from a matte stretch fabric with a soft hand feel, finished here in a rich deep red.

Crossback strap layout. Narrow straps cross and weave through the back panel to hold the bra close without pinching. The open pattern allows full shoulder rotation through yoga twists and overhead lifts.
Padded cup construction. The interior shelf holds removable foam pads inside side-loading pockets. You can leave them in for extra shape or slide them out before washing to keep the cups smooth.
