Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension during floor work. We cut this pullover style with a lined front shelf and a soft elastic band that anchors without pinching. The fabric blend holds elastane for recovery, dyed here in a muted dusty lavender.

• Criss-cross back straps. Four slim straps weave across the back to open your shoulders for full rotations. The layout balances tension across the upper torso rather than loading weight on the top of the trapezius.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front shelf with internal pockets for optional molded foam pads. Slide them in when you want more shape and coverage, or pull them out before washing to keep the fabric flat.
• Soft bottom band. The wide knit band sits directly against the ribcage to anchor the bra during twists and inversions. It uses a brushed elastic core that stretches easily and rebounds without digging into your skin.
• Cold wash care. Wash on a gentle cycle with like colors and skip the fabric softener, which coats synthetic stretch yarns. Lay the bra flat to air dry so the elastic stays firm and retains its shape.
